I have to say that I was delighted with the level of customer service from your company, and the flexibility to be able to provide me with what I required. We had an issue with a delivery of a large fridge due to our concierge in our building, and your team range me in the afternoon with a solution to provide 2 x small fridges the following day.

Many other companies would have just aborted the delivery, charged me and then come up with a solution, so I appreciate the extra effort your team have gone through for me
